MUMS, BUBS & A LITTLE TIME FOR YOU · MELBOURNE

A little movement.
A little village.

Thoughtful mat Pilates, with room for you and your baby.

Imagining a softer kind of studio.

A Melbourne concept, growing gently. Launch details to come.

MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE

You don’t have to
have it all together.

Some mornings run to plan. Most don’t. We’re imagining a space where you can arrive as you are, move a little, and meet people in the same chapter.

A feed, a cuddle, a mid-class pause. It all belongs here.

For the beautifully interrupted days.

THE LITTLE VILLAGE

There is room
for both of you.

A mat for your movement.
A cosy spot beside you for your bub.
A few familiar faces to share the morning.

Pausing is part of the practice.

Small classes.
A softer start.

Starting with a simple idea: welcoming, mat-based movement in a local Melbourne space.

Mums & bubs

THE FIRST CHAPTER

Gentle, considered mat Pilates with your baby close by. A small group, options to suit different starting points, and no pressure to keep up.

Proposed format
45 minutes + settling time
Who it’s for
Mums returning to movement, with pre-crawling bubs*

A little me time

THE NEXT CHAPTER

A future adults-only mat class, for when a little uninterrupted movement is just what you need.

An idea for later, shaped by what our community needs.

These are proposed formats. Instructor, venue, suitability, timetable and prices will be confirmed before bookings open.

*Returning to movement after birth is individual. Please speak with your doctor or midwife before beginning a postnatal exercise programme. Babies would remain under their parent’s supervision. This concept is for general movement, not medical treatment.

LESS TO ORGANISE. MORE ROOM TO BE.

Bring your bub.
Leave the rush.

The proposed class rhythm is simple: settle in, find your breath, move at your pace, then stay a moment if you can.

We’re planning around the things that make a morning easier: pram access, a place to feed, and time for a chat.

A few simple things. Plenty of possibility.

A few little
questions.

Good things begin with feeling comfortable.

When and where will classes start?

We’re at the concept stage. A Melbourne suburb, venue and launch date haven’t been chosen yet. This page will be updated when those details are confirmed.

Do I need Pilates experience?

The proposed mums-and-bubs format is intended to welcome beginners. Before launch, the instructor will confirm screening, suitability and how individual movement options will work.

What if my baby needs me?

The idea is a flexible class where you can pause to feed, settle or cuddle your baby. Parents would supervise their own babies throughout. It is not a childcare service.

Can I book or join a waitlist?

Not yet. We aren’t taking bookings, payments or personal details while the plan is taking shape. Class and contact details will appear here once the owner is ready to launch.

A LITTLE SOMETHING IS GROWING
